JP Hardscapes is absolutely amazing! My dad used Juan and his team several times over the past couple of years and have been impressed every single time.About two years ago they removed a bunch of overgrown shrubs along the side of the house that were starting to damage the siding, then redid the landscaping and cleaned everything up beautifully. They also removed old shrubbery along the back fence line and put down new grass. The crew was professional, courteous, and left everything neat and clean when they finished.Later that year we had them come back to prepare the foundation for a new shed in the backyard, and they did a fantastic job!I didn’t even realize they did snow removal until this past storm when my dad, Sam, got an email about it. I told him to sign up right away because my shoulder still hasn’t recovered from the last storm! Even though they had clearly been working all day, they still showed up at 8:00 p.m. and had everything completely cleared in about 30 minutes! It was such a relief!They are reliable, hardworking, and easy to work with. Juan has a built a great crew and it really shows! I highly recommend JP Hardscapes!

Great experience on a large project: teardown and rebuild a long (real) stone retaining wall (added drainage and stone steps), removed bushes, regraded the front lawn, buried downspouts (tunneled under walkway), installed a mailbox. Really showcased the breadth of their skill!Juan listened well to our needs and provided sound solutions at reasonable cost. Excellent work, great craftsmanship overall.We talked to a lot of landscapers and masons about rebuilding our leaning/crumbling stone wall with the existing material, JP was one of only a few that were willing to rebuild with the existing (real) stone onsite (and with enthusiasm). Building a real stone wall is difficult already (with the irregular shapes), for this job they also had the added challenge of cleaning off the old mortar before using the stone. They tore down and rebuilt very fast! The resulting wall looks great! Neighbors walking by are constantly complimenting the wall!Will definitely be giving Juan a call for our next project: redoing the backyard patio!

We hired JP Hardscape to install a paver patio with seating walls and an area to put our fire pit.Juan Sr., Juan Jr., and their team were great to work with. They are very professional, extremely knowledgeable & detailed, patient (I ask a lot of questions!), have a customer friendly process, take great pride in their work, and truly care about making sure the customer is completely satisfied. They even allowed us to make a few moderate adjustments to the scope of the project during the installation.The final product came out better than we could have imagined and would highly recommend!

After 19 years our hardscape needed refreshing. From our retaining walls to our front paver walkway and backyard patio. Areas had sunk, steps had cracked, edges in need of repair, and it all needed to be power washed. On top of the repairs we wanted some under step lighting added at our front door.I called 3 companies including 2 of the areas most recognizable - you always see their trucks. Then I called JP after reading some reviews. We could not have made a better decision.What set them apart? Follow through and attention to detail. Both Juan’s, senior and junior, came to our home before, during and after. Their crew did great work. Amazingly clean, neat and conscientious. We couldn't be happier with the job that JP Hardscape did for our patio. The entire crew did an amazing job of transforming the area behind our privacy fence to a space that we can enjoy for many years to come. They allowed us to select just the right size, stone, and color to match our existing area. They also did a few extras as a bonus, such as laying sod where the equipment was stored and adding extra pavers beneath our shed for appeal. We highly recommend Juan and his crew. Juan and his crew was great. After several rounds of bad weather that wrecked havoc on their schedules, we finally got the backyard of our dreams. The team was punctual, understanding and willing to work with us as we changed the scope of work. The team is honest, hardworking, and wants to make sure every client is fully satisfied and happy with the end result. After removing old concrete, they were able to level out the walkway and eliminate a step, this required some regarding and new grass which that promptly handled. I cannot recommend them enough and hope to hire them again!

He made improvements to our plans along the way that made the project come out so much better. His team is super professional, respectful and a very helpful. They went above and beyond in the work that they performed. For years my husband and I dreamed of having a functional back yard. When we purchased our home- a rotten deck was left here for us to deal with. After years of waiting we decided it was time to have a patio installed. This has been the best experience from start to finish. I don’t have one single complaint!! Nothing! Juan and his team are exceptional. Every worker was kind, professional, smart and very skilled. The team was punctual, cleaned up every day, and kept open communication about what was happening next. Juan Sr. is an absolute gem. He is very attentive and knowledgeable about hardscapes and beyond. He’s such a kind guy who also loved our Siamese kittens like his own! 🙂 Juan Jr. could not have been sweeter.. he is very professional and keeps great communication about the project. We had asked if the project could be completed before a certain date and they exceeded that expectation and made us a priority! I’m almost sad to see the project end because it’s been such a joy working with everybody. Thankfully we also have a fence project that they are going to be doing, too! Hooray! 🎉 I would choose JP Hardscapes again and again for any project. They’re the best in the business. I also must add their price for the project was the most fair out of the other quotes we had received.

I can’t recommend the team at JP Hardscape enough! The father/son run company has been a pleasure to work with over the last several months. We initially chose them over several other companies to build a series of retaining walls in our steep backyard and do some regrading, a very large effort. They did a great job of coming up with a backyard design and also worked well on our behalf with an engineering company after our township required additional engineering paperwork.Unfortunately my family suddenly needed to relocate out of state before we could start the project. Both Juans (father and son) were so kind and understanding about the sudden change in plans, and instead they were able to do some fabulous landscaping to the outside of our home that made it picture perfect and ready to sell, including arranging for one last mow of the lawn before we sold the home. We really are grateful to them for all of their amazing work on the house- and more importantly for their kindness and professionalism throughout the last several months. We highly recommend JP Hardscape for all of your hardscape and landscaping needs, large or small!

We were so pleased with the work Juan and his team did designing and constructing our outdoor space at our new home. Starting with a blank yard and having to work around/with other contractors, including our home builder and pool installation company, Juan created a backyard oasis consisting of a multilevel stone patio and several walkways to and from our yard, flower beds, a raised bed garden, a fence, and many trees. Juan was easy to work with and very responsive and often came to not only supervise but also assist his team during construction. Juan has been hands down the easiest contractor we have ever worked with in over 12 years of home ownership. Juan also recommended another contractor to design and build a covered space over one area of our patio, and we have been very pleased with his recommendation for this.
